With effect from 15 July 2019, I am pleased to announce the joining of JWA Associates to PMK Associates and so very much welcome the JWA clients to the firm. John Walsh says” With all the various continuing changes in the marketplace such as IR35, GDPR, “MTD” Making tax digital, cloud and technology solutions, this all being set against the larger backdrop of an ever-changing Tax and regulatory framework, the incorporation of JWA into PMK now comes at the right time” PMK Associates, being a slightly larger firm and having substantially invested already in the required various systems/solutions, JWA clients will now benefit from these and with the continuing investment in these systems, together with ongoing and dedicated Training and Development of the Team, we are confident this will allow clients to receive the highest expected level of ongoing Accounting/Tax support, but now just with a larger team and resources more generally. PMK Associates is a Registered Auditing firm and so will also be able to undertake and support audits for previous JWA clients, which was not previously possible. Whilst the enlarged Team will look to deal with most of the ongoing compliance Accounts and Tax work, clients will very much see that business will continue very much as before, whilst John will be afforded the opportunity to also expand into consultancy and business development opportunities across the PMK client base more widely.
